  My wife had a terrible experience at the bridal store. Staff was extremely rude and not helpful. One would imagine someone who is getting married would have a memorable experience with there family. I would definitely not recommend this store to any brides!!!!!! Make your experience one to remember not one to dread.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart Phyllis you and your staff are amazing and made my mother and I feel like family! Best bridal store ever and they know what they are doing!!!

  So I went in not really knowing what dresses they offered. It's small, but intimate. Surprisingly a good selection and the lady I worked with on Sunday was incredible. She was so supportive and asked me questions to get to know me so she could really help find the right dress. I found this one particular dress I just feel in love with. She worked within my budget and helped me sort through the masses of dresses. It can be overwhelming at times. Ive already been to a few stores and she was always there, no over crowding or in another room, but just enough space that if I needed anything. I recommend you make an appointment for the weekend, maybe in general to ensure you get the attention you want. Someone had walked in and she tried her best to give me attention and the group that walked in. Even though the walk-in lady got upset about it, the store was very professional about catering to the scheduled appointment. No one was pushy, they really CARED about me and my needs for a dress.
